Happy New Year Everyone!

With the new year upon us, planning for 2021 is continuing behind the scenes and our Annual General Meeting will be held on the 01/02/2021. Venue & start time will be advised closer to the date.
All positions on the committee are therefore declared open and nominations are to be sent via the Club’s email address – cqvetscyclismo@gmail.com

All nominations must be received at least 7 days before the AGM.

The amalgamation of many cycling disciplines into AusCycling late last year and this year,
also gives CQVC an opportunity to join under this umbrella and has much potential to bring some advantages for racing overall in CQ, and as such this will be an agenda item for the AGM.

The current committee has been in discusssion and agreed that until
this item is discussed and voted upon, we encourage Members NOT to renew your AVCC membership at this time. Racing will not be resuming until later in February, pending permits approval.
